With very heavy hearts we say goodbye to Smart Prospect a/k/a Smarty.
Foaled in Maryland in 1999, he raced in West Virginia and Canada. After he raced, he worked as a lead pony in Canada before finally settling down in Tampa. He raced 81 times and made $248,292.00 in purse winnings. But even more important than that, he made us laugh and we all loved him very much. Run free, sweet Smarty.
